Booked 1 year ago Nov 2022 on Wotif this resort, received confirmation email back, emailed the resort sharing the confirmed booking the following day, then asking if they had rooms with 2 queen beds, which they replied no, just 1 x Queen & 2 x single. Rang to arrange payment mid last week, to them telling me I did not have a booking in the system? Very badly managed, basically them blaming Wotif, no assistance, nothing.
