We had a fantastic time. Nice location within walking distance to Aldi and other cafes. We did hire a car though so we were able to drive to more nearby cafes and restaurants this might be a pro tip with anyone with a family with kids. Noosa Council has free shuttle buses to the main beach during our stay so it was great. Note there is no breakfast or coffee onsite. The apartment was spacious and overlooked the pools which were clean and lovely. The only tiny tiny criticism is that the room did have dust in some places if you really looked (around the beds and on the blinds) however it was super clean where it counted - in the kitchen, the laundrette and bathrooms. The only other minor thing (it was also on other reviews) there is zero sound proofing so if you are staying on a bottom floor it can be super loud. We were lucky the ppl above us were fairly quiet. Would definitely recommend.

The pool areas and gardens are lovely and well maintained. The front office staff were very attentive and everyone was very friendly. Restaurant and spa was not open over the Christmas holidays and was not made aware of this at time of booking, only on arrival to the resort. The rooms are dated and in need of an update. The cleanliness was ok, but the crockery provided is old and looked dirty, and I killed three cockroaches during my stay in the kitchen and the bathroom. The day before checkout I received an email advising to avoid additional cleaning charges I had to take the rubblish to the rubbish bins in the carpark and empty the fridge. This was also not communicated at time of booking. Being expected to clean a room and empty bins and take out the rubbish on departure is not what I expected from a resort. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not services once during my entire stay, this also surprised me.

Spacious rooms but lots of bugs hidden in the kitchen cupboards ie cockroaches so a good idea to purchase bug spray if you want to use the kitchen otherwise good location close to Aldi and coffee shop fabulous day spa on site and 5 pools to choose from staff were nice

South Pacific resort was an extremely relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The top floor apartment had lovely views of the vegetation and pool. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. There were 2 of us and we were only given 3 towels and a bath mat. Would have been nice to have 2 COMPLETE sets of towels and at LEAST 2 washcloths, as none were given. We attempted to ask for more however each time we went to the desk, you were closed. We would have thought this being a ‘hotel’ type of property that the desk would have been open at Least Until 9p. We were unable to get pool towels because the desk was closed, and on our last day we spoke with a gentleman about getting pool towels and was told there was a charge! Albeit a small charge, pool towels should be included. Lastly, the 2soaps, 1 shampoo and 1 body wash was a nice touch but it would be nice to have a moisturizer as well. We enjoyed our stay but think that to improve hospitality, the desk should be open longer.

It was a nice stay, the pool area is great. Only thing was the blanket, it felt I wasn’t cleaned it a while as well as the plates in the cabinets; they smelled bad and had to clean them a lot before using them. Other than that it was an amazing stay.
