Salty Forever - Private Pool W/Pool Heater and Easy Beach Access!

Located in the dunes, this fantastic inverted house plan has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 11) and 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 12. All bedrooms have TVs and 3 have ceiling fans. An extra sitting area is available for spreading out and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Home has WIFI, and expanded cable service. In addition to the pool (pool heater with surcharge), outside amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, back and front decks, covered porch, screened porch, rockers and other deck/porch furniture, a charcoal grill and guest storage. Close beach access located directly across Ocean Boulevard located between 1185 & 1187 OBW.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Beach/Bath Towel Combo are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

We will be back
Salty Forever was a great house. There was plenty of space for my family and my in-laws. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was great. We will be back again soon.

Beautiful Home and Views
Our family has been vacationing at Holden Beach for over fourth years, but hasn’t all been back together since 2012. This year we made it happen and this home was the perfect place! Most of us stayed here while the rest were in a home just across the street. It was the perfect setup! Plenty of space for everyone to gather, house is clean and bright, kitchen had all the things we needed for the week, easy walk to the beach, beautiful ocean and ICW views, and a magnificent sunset view! The pool was a definite plus on cloudy or partially rainy days. Highly recommend this property!
