Very posh and well equipped hotel located in one of the best spot in west Surabaya. Which unfortunately is also it's downside. Avoid staying here when there are known large events happening. Combined with the nightmare that is the nearby freeway exit, we had been stuck waiting for our turn at the elevator for 15-20mins, despite their staff best effort to coordinate it in real time with radios. Waiting for your valet to return can also take up to 30mins during some of these events.

the room design and lighting is a bad joke; can't shave or comb hair with the light at wash basin; no working table and chair; never seen such stupid non functional room design and furnishing. Air conditioning is horrible; temperature done not come down and it feels very humid and damp; almost impossible to sleep with the thick comforter provided with non-functional air condition which is not only in my room by 3 others on different levels travelling with me. Never staying again in this hotel

Check in process were smooth, even-though it weren't at the 33th floor as declared on the booking site. We stayed 2 nights at the Glacier Suites. It was far from the standard of 5 stars hotels. The carpets we’re dusty and full of stains. The bathroom amenities and interiors were below par than advertised. Bedding was mediocre, 3 stars standards. Lack of placement in light switches. Overall it wasn't as we expect it to be. Lack of hospitality services in all aspect. Poor standards of social distancing and crowd control during pandemic.

Too many other choices. Here was what went wrong: no transportation from airport to hotel when we really needed it. No toilet tissue left after housekeeping, even when we called to remind them after. In the middle of nowhere. YOu need car for anything. Takes forever to get served a cup of coffee. At pool side bar I got told I had to pay cash for a drink because i had "run out of deposit". That last one is first time ever.
