The stay was in a really great area of Dongtan. The breakfast is outstanding. Overall the staff was very polite, professional, and courteous. The bed was a little bit firm for our liking. A little more bar selection would be desired.

Everything was good, except for the elevator service, which I heard a lot of people complaining about. Too slow and lack in number of it. It’s a 28or 29 story hotel with only 3 elevators covering it

I arrived at hotel at 12pm. Understand most hotel check in is 3pm as they need time to clean up the room . Hotel told me there are rooms ready but they need to charge me for the 3hrs of early check in. Not my first time staying here, it is really a disappointment. I told them I'm not going pay. Either let me check in at 12pm since there is a room , i shall not stay this hotel any more. Even the morning Taxi services is badlly done.
