Three bed apartment less than 5mins walk to the beach. The centre of the traditional seaside town of Swanage with its amenities is a pleasant 15 mins walk along the seafront.

The property is situated on the first floor of an impressive Victorian building. Private entrance into a spacious hallway with ample space for shoes, boots and other items you might want for a seaside stay.

The apartment is ideally suited to families, with large living area and kitchen/diner, both of which are accessed via the hallway. The kitchen area is spacious and bright with large dining area, and comes fully equipped, along with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The large living room has a corner sofa for 6 guests, and comes with tv with amazon firestick along with numerous children's toys & games to keep everyone occupied when they are not on the beach.

The master bedroom, has a seaside vibe in its decor, and comes with fantastic views of the Ballard downs. Its furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a full length mirror/shelving unit.

Bedroom two is a twin room to the front of the house, and comes with wardrobe and drawers, along with bedside table.

Bedroom three is a small bunkroom. Bunks are full size singles, with side shelving built into the bunks.

Outside the property has a driveway for designated parking, and a private garden at the rear with table and chairs.

Rental periods for the property run on a Friday to Friday basis, with minimum 7 night stay during school holidays.

Excellent accommodation in a great location
This is a lovely apartment with all the facilities provided that you could wish for for a comfortable stay. We had excellent speedy communication from the host following an enquiry before our arrival. The residence is located in a quiet location, with a pleasant stroll into town. Although we were only there for the weekend, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely Apartment
Nicely decorated apartment. Large rooms, lovely views and very well situated. Literally a few minutes walk down to Beach, which is quiet compared to main Beach in the Town. Everything provided that you may need. Loads of toys for younger children. Would definitely come back.

Lovely child friendly flat, close to the beach
Recommended! Puffin cottage is a spacious, relaxing upstairs of a large home. It has a separate entrance to the downstairs. There's a little garden, and a car parking space, and a nearby beach (7 min walk). The beds were comfy, and the flat has an attractive coastal themed decor. For those with young children, it has an impressive toy collection, alongside books for children and adults. It has a well stocked kitchen, with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, olive oil, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. Bath towels, tea towels and dish cloths are included. We found the host, Stew, to be friendly and helpful. We'd recommend this place, and Swanage is a relaxing little town with beautiful walks, a big, clean beach, and good attractions nearby.

Jurassic Coast Challenge
Stayed with 3 friends whilst doing the Jurassic Coast Challenge. Apartment was in a very handy position, walking distance to Swanage. Large comfortable rooms, loads of toys for children and fully stocked kitchen. We were in Flat 2 and was confused as to which driveway we should be in but met another resident who told us where to go and how to get in. Very comfortable accommodation although the shower was a bit temperamental going hot then cold until it had been running a while and water pressure wasn't very strong but was usable. I would go back.

A lovely winter's weekend
We brought our grandsons, aged 2 and 5, for the weekend to ride the Polar Express. The journey down seemed to take forever, but their spirits soared as soon as they walked into the living room and discovered the wonderful selection of high-quality, well-kept toys and games. The flat is spacious, nicely decorated , well equipped and nicely located and we will definitely remember it when next we come to stay. Thank you.

Very spacious and fully equipped, Couldn't have asked for more.
We stayed over Halloween weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too great but or accommodation definitely made up for the disappointing weather. Location is a 10 to 15min walk to Swanage town center but was a very easy walk. The accommodation was equipped with everything and more than what we needed good family sized Lounge and The Kitchen Dinner was fully capable of sitting 4 Adults and 2 children. Very grateful to the owner for accommodating us at such short notice and will definitely like to stay again.

Ideally located for the festival, flat is comfortable, roomy and quiet. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Slight downside could be a bit cleaner and shower goes from scolding to freezing with no adjustments. Would stay again.

A great find
We stayed for a weekend with our two young children. The flat is really well set up for toddlers with a fantastic array of toys and dressing up clothes that the kids really enjoyed. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach so was ideal for us to visit the beach frequently. The flat was well equipped throughout and had everything we needed and more. If I had to find any fault it was that it could have been a bit cleaner and that the shower pressure was a bit low. We had no issues with parking in front or on the drive.
