The property was up 4 flights of stairs, had zero air-conditioning or fans, wasn't properly stocked (no toilet paper or paper towels), missing kitchen tools (spatula, peeler, blunt knives, and not even a cutting board), only one bed out of 3 had a proper mattress, smelled of cigarettes, and no details on oven, stove top, washer, or tv. We cook so seeing no spices was disappointing, street sounds constant due to open windows (it was stuffy and hot), rats behind building due to overflow rubbish bins, and a shower head only for persons under 5'3"....no adjustable height. Having to wait until exactly 4pm due to their restrictions to get opening instructions was poor. Will never stay here again.

Liked about property: Spacious, full kitchen with appliances, good location. Dislikes about property: 1) Extremely poor communication with property management. No advance notice that a 1 pound fee is required before check-in instructions provided. This could have been paid well in advance of check in time. Once one pound fee was paid, I was given a code for lock box #15. Code did not work. I called customer service (first number was incorrect and they gave me the correct number to call) and I described situation. The lock box I was using was labeled "15M" in clear black ink. Customer service said I was at correct box. 10 minutes later, I discovered an extremely faint "15" on a different box which opened with combination. Once in building, customer service said flat was on 1st floor. It was actually on 3rd floor. All the poor communication resulted in 50-minute check-in length. Never was provided with check-out instructions. 2) No lift to haul up bags. 3) Must register/download apps/sign in for TV service. No free, easy local channels on TV. 4) Broken window in second bedroom resulted in window always open. Water damage noted on sill. 5) One entire wall of living room is unfinished particle board. The flat is not yet fully constructed. 6) Extremely cheap furniture which will likely break soon. 7) Many crumbs were not cleaned off sofa. 8) Kitchen and living area floor were not swept/mopped.

Perfect for me 😊
Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it.
