We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious. A few carpet stain issues. Maybe a cosmetic lift in regard to the bathroom and painting. More cushions on the lounges and additional bedding eg blankets

Great location near beach and restaurants . Clean .. nice enough living space … nice patio area. Single beds not so comfy and only covered doona not sheet so hot … ( or no cover ). Only one towel per person for the 2 days .. and no beach towel .

Excellent location for Coogee Beach and surrounds
Excellent location directly across a quieter side street from Coogee Beach. We were in a 3 bed 2 bath unit with a good sized porch. The apartment was everything we needed, extremely comfortable with excellent A/C, and had a well-appointed kitchen. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 as a few smaller (but relevant) aspects of the apartment were in strong need of a change, including 1) ripped curtains and a broken (and sharp) curtain hook that likely was the culprit, 2) thin windows that didn't dampen outside sound much, and 3) neighbors partying outside well into the night.

The apartment is in desperate need of a refurbishment. There is nothing positive to say other than the view. The air conditioner had no cooling ability and ran on an automatic timer this meant when we went out, it turned off and we came back again to a stiflingly, hot apartment it also made for a very uncomfortably hot night because it kept turning off. When we called reception, to advise them of the issue. Their resolution was we could try and find a better hotel elsewhere. You are lucky that you are reading these reviews. Do not waste your money, do your research and do not stay here.

Big rooms, living area and kitchen, good location. The apartment is old, the carpet needs to be replaced, just very tired. There was construction work underway, including early on a Saturday morning. Check-in is only possible between 2pm and 4pm. Otherwise, you need to use a safe located outside and supply credit card information which seems pointless when they provide no services or minibars.

Great family size apartment located right across the road from the patrolled beach, cafes and restaurants. There was also secure parking under the building. Although we didn't use the local buses, there looked to be frequent services to Bondi, Randwick and the city. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family beach holiday.

Beautiful apartment and size but absolutely no sound proof as stated and may as well slept in the street. The windows felt like there was no glass in them. Room 806 view very restricted to the beach view as promised due to huge trees in front . Never slept for 4 nights. Shame as beautiful location but wouldn’t stay there again.

We found this property very nice. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and amenities were provided - shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee and sugar. We would have liked milk as well however there is a convenience shop just across the road. The property is also very close to Coogee Beach and lots of dining venues. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again ourselves for sure.

Wonderful sized apartment but the lifts were out of service all weekend. Very annoying when you are lugging a baby and pusher up and down stairs. Also rubbish when we left the apartment had to walked back out on the street before you could get access.
