Excellent location opposite Rosehill Racecourse with a pub down the road. Our room (room 1) was pretty noisy with being on main road and front gate opening and closing till all hours. Rooms down the back would be way quieter. Overall, I'd stay again.

Noisy environment. Left at 4:30 in the morning to get sleep. Music booming into room and industrial machinery from 3:30 onwards. Units and staff are great. Rooms and surrounding environment are noisy. Won't stay again unless heavily sedated.

Functional, clean, well presented and secure
Staff were excellent. Stayed back to accommodate late arrival. The Room, a 2 bed apartment, was fully equipped, in great condition and surprisingly well presented. On the down side, it was a top story walk up - 2 flights. Easy enough for most though. Very secure but creates a minor negative aesthetically speaking. Pub and grub around the corner but not explored. Note it was a quick biz trip and used because the Rydges was full (and much more expensive) - just a bed for one night. I would definitely use it again for similar needs.
