We had to change rooms almost every day.
1st room had shower issues
2nd room had AC issues
3. Room was allocated with a very very noisy AC.
It was a total waste of money . I will bever recommend anybody to visit that hotel. The maintainence of rooms is extremely poor.

Staff was good and cooperative, but they could not do much to make it better as the maintainence of the room was very poor.
Very very very unsafe, someone just randomly pop in to our room. And make sure you get your own water, these people are not even giving you complimentary water in room. Very congested toilet bathroom. People are literally sleeping with open door of the room.
There was a lot of hair still in my room from previous guests. I wasn't a big fan of the layout but not much you can do about that. Not much sound proofing either. But it was easy to get to from the airport and the desk guy was friendly.
I recently stayed at the airport hotel, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy—there was hair everywhere, on the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the floor. It was obvious that the place hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned properly in who knows how long. Oh gosh, the whole environment felt unhygienic and completely uninviting.
I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a functioning hotel. For an airport location, where travelers expect convenience and comfort, it was shocking to see such poor standards. I’m honestly horrified and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they make significant improvements to their cleanliness and maintenance. This kind of neglect is unacceptable, especially for guests who just want a clean and peaceful place to rest.

I am a bit concerned about why the hotel reception staff requested my debit/credit card details. I have traveled to several countries, and it's unusual for a hotel to inform guests that money will be deducted from their card if an item is damaged in the room. This feels unprofessional. If the hotel has such a policy, why wasn't it communicated to me at the time of booking? In case of any issues with my account statement, who will be responsible—the hotel or Wotif?
Directions unclear. Walked around the whole block looking for the place. Only 1 a/c for entire apartment that barely cools. No one slept properly, wife and kids woke up angry.
I love everything but early morning are cars been very noisy

Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night was in room 221, at 11pm I found bugs all over the bed, some crawling up the wall. Spoke to reception next morning and was given another room. Should have received a refund for the 1st night as well.

There was no elevator. I had 35 kg suitcases I had to grab via stairs.
The aircon started leaking at night, wetting the pillows and bed. Our baby had a shocking night because of it.
We went to find a staff and there was no one around, we had to sleep in a soaking wet bed and freezing cold.

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel because we couldn’t find it and we had no help. We were frustrated and disillusioned and ended up staying elsewhere- no refund.
