Amazing hotel
The place was amazing, was very clean and tidy. Both my bf and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to dropped our bags off early and kept our bags even after check out as our flight was later in the afternoon. Overall, a great place to stay at and it’s near the city so it was very convenient.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating & helpful specially in giving directions. All the people at the front desk are awesome most special Nat, Candy, Cecilia. I asked to have our room change closer to the elevator & had no problem. Breakfast was the best, very good choices & very delicious. Room huge & lots of spaces for our toiletries.

A beautiful overnight stay. The room is very comfortable and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful, even when very busy and stressed - we arrived for check in just as the worldwide internet meltdown was happening. The area is very walkable, lots of interesting shopping and dining opportunities all around. My only quibble is the fluctuating water temperature in the shower - very hard to keep it a safe temp for my young grandkids. Next time we travel to Sydney for an overnight visit, I would definitely stay again.

For the money you pay for the room it is very poor had a view of the next property wall i will never book here again very disappointed. House keeping never got done even tho we left in the morning and came back in the afternoon

Close to everything!
Comfy bed, very eco friendly, bathroom clean but have that hospital vibe. Location very accessible to anywhere you want to go. Breakfast spread was ok just nice. i like the juice station and honey station Just that they dont have halal options. Since im there during winter, i dont switch on the aircond at all, the floor without the tile feels like walking in the snow
