There was one major issue - when I got to my room, the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet and I stepped in it. But when I went to reception they quickly got me a new room and were very apologetic. Other than that, the rest of the stay was lovely, very nice modern rooms. Buffet breakfast is OK for what it is.

There were a few issues, no shampoo, body was or conditioner. Asked to have room made up didnt hapoen until the evening. The buffet breakfast was only a continental, parking expensive and there was no electricity around 5am. Other then than that the beds were comfy and clean. It was the service that let it down.

The hotel staffs were very warm and friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to public transport and private and secure parking for those who drive. The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. Definitely will be hotel of choice when I return to Sydney!

The property is very nice, staff we very welcoming. What was a little disappointing was the3pm check in which we wanted to check in slightly early for our 3 year old to have a nap and the restaurant facility at the hotel were being renovated. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable modern hotel near UTS
I enjoyed my stay at Four Points. I was looking for a place near UTS, so this was perfect. Very convenient local facilities, food, shopping etc. It’s quite a hike (and enjoyable one if you like walking) to Circular Quay. Just be aware you are not staying in the busiest part of town. Hotel was modern and comfortable. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so I was moved to another which was fine. I didn’t have a great sleep though. The pillows were too big, the blanket too thick, and being made from artificial fibers (I assume), they generate a lot of heat. The blank didn’t have a cover, instead it was sandwiched between two sheets. This was annoying as in the middle of the night I found I was cold because the sheets came loose from the blanket, not something fun to deal with at 2am. Overall I had an enjoyable stay at this modern hotel. Would be perfect if they could offer some alternative pillows / blankets and have blanket covers.
