For a four star hotel, didnt make up the room under the guise of saving environment. Even when they did, on asking, they just made up bed, did not clean anything else and did not fill up tea coffee, etc. Had to ask again and again. We cleaned the cups ourselves. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Basic things are missing even after they charge high for the room.

Generally was good, but a couple of issues. Expedia obviously didn’t pass on to you the name change and there was issue checking in Info said mini bar but there was not No exhaust fan in bathroom No face washers - had to request No “pillow menu” TV didn’t have channels on it only channel 7 cricket Reception tried to get it sorted but couldn’t. Connected my phone to chrome cast device but as I don’t have the premium Netflix couldn’t cast it so only option was YouTube. The wifi was not up to the task and felt buffering. So very poor experience on that level. Breakfast was adequate but very narrow area and got bumped a lot. Always ran out of forks! No muesli available Watermelon was like it was cut up 3 days earlier

The Furama was a lovely and accomodating hotel. Room and bathroom was clean. The staff were excellent. The only thing was that there was no face washers in the bathroom. We asked for some which they bought to the room but when we asked for another 4 we were given hand towels. Breakfast was very good. Great location

Breakfast room kaotic, poorly designed, too small. Food area needs to flow in one direction as ppl pushing thru dangerously when hot beverages being carried. Put tea coffee and the hot water urn in another zone. Would not eat there again based on this mornings experience.

The customer service at Furama is good, however we paid more for what the price of their members was offered when they booked directly with Furama to receive a smaller room with no view and the first room we have the carpet is still wet from cleaning even though we had allowed them the extra time to check in (after 2pm). They were quick to come and transferred us to a new room, but the view did not get any better. Thought the cash back (through expedia app) was good, but we actually ended up paying more (after cash back) than what their members paid. Overall, we had a good experience but it can be better (with the view and priority check in if we have to pay more than a member price).

Located in chinatown and walkable to darling harbour. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had wide variety and staff were very helpful and recommended eateries during our stay

The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Even 2 days later when we had the room cleaned it was still not vacuumed. Basically they just redo the bedspread and changed towels in the bathroom and clear the rubbish bin. However the front desk staff and the service staff in the cafe for the morning breakfast was very friendly and helpful, so it does help in making the stay in the hotel a pleasant experience.
