Was incredibly over-priced due to peak period (Schools Spectacular), no water pressure due to everyone showering at once, very loud plumbing, pillows really soft, not enough towels provided (2 towels for 3 guests), no phone answering from reception for multiple calls different days over a month to attempt to pre-book parking. At other times, it is cheap accommodation and lives up to that.

It was a decent stay, everything was clean and the staff were friendly. My only downfall and reason for the lower stars was due to the check-in process. Many people attending the Twenty One Pilots concert were staying at the hotel and only one person was checking everybody in (another staff member was in the back office and didn’t step out to help) so the wait in line was roughly 20-30 minutes, not ideal after being in the heat.

Stayed here for a concert. Prices were over inflated due to the concert. The room was really basic and the carpet had gross stains all over it. Shower had mould. We had friends in another room and they had no water. Forbthe price this was ridiculous conditions

Was told it was gonna be $80 for two nights parking on site but nothing was on the website when I booked the room, also my room was not cleaned or fresh towels or bedding on the Tuesday I was their for the Monday afternoon and Tuesday full day and Wednesday morning, also no toilet brush to clean the toilet or microwave had to go down the elevator to use a communal one never have I had to pay extra for parking or use a communal microwave always had one in my room

We stayed here for one night 1 adult and 2 children, due to its proximity to Olympic stadium, for the room we paid direct over $700.00. The room was disgusting, with Snot smeared on the wall, blood marks on the wall, and lights in main bed unable to work. The room was ULTRA SMALL. I provided this feedback to reception and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was nice, however the unhygienic nature of this room and for the price, i will never recommend this hotel to any person ever, i have photographs of the walls and condition. The most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in, in any part of the world. Shameful. dirty, simply disgusting . I can be contacted on 0408320927 if you would like more detailed information.

The only thing budget about the place is the amenities. I spent nearly $500 to stay the night in a 2 x 3 metre toilet bowl of a room, the water stopped working part-way through the night, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows paper thin. For the money, stay at the Pullman - next door and much nicer.
