This was an excellent stopover during our trip from Brisbane to Sydney. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and the heated pool and spa made our day after a long drive. Great for families.

It was very very noisy because they using power drill or some tools somewhere in the hotel from 7:30am in the morning. When we complained, they stopped for the day, but the same thing happened again the next day. We couldn't rest well because of this.

Conflicted review…. Stayed 2 nights, only got one good nights rest. The good - great location, nice staff. Terrible room first night - the room itself wasn’t overly clean, glasses with chipped rims, and there was construction and banging noises (which vibrated the room so ear plugs no use). Second night like a different hotel - beautifully clean room and even had nicer toiletries… everything looked perfect.. 1 star first night, 5 star the second night

Recently updated hotel but not 5 star. My room #208 had no windows, no true sitting chairs and a poorly installed shower(doesn’t drain properly), definitely not what is pictured on website. Most 3 star hotels I have stayed in have better rooms than mine. The location is great and the lobby, pool and dining rooms are updated and nice

We like the position of the property, the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Tuning the TV was a major problem for us. The daily housekeeping was unreliable.

Paid for Valet parking. When I got home I noticed the left rear wheel rim of my brand new car was damaged. The staff member would have felt the hit but failed to acknowledge their incompetence or the damage when handing over the car.

What a beautiful hotel. Excellent costumer care. Perfect night sleep in soft cotten sheets and comfy beds. Perfect last evening in Australia Will definitely be staying again next year when I come over from the uk.
