Staff were friendly and stored our luggage before check in and after check out. Hotel is very basic and although mostly clean, cleaning could be better. Buses are 1 block away and light rail 2 short blocks. Walking to QVB and Town Hall.

I booked a single compact room and it was tiny. I had to live out of my suitcase which I stored under the bed. It was however really well located within walking distance of Central Station and Circular Quay.

Megaboom offers affordable accommodation option in heart of the city and we have always stayed there each time we visit. However, they seem to have dropped the ball, no longer providing bottled water in the room and removed the light breakfast that used to be provided

fantastic find!
This was a fantastic find! It's a great price for the location and facilities. It is right in the middle of the city, very close to all sorts of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as walking distance to the opera house! The room was small but it had everything that I needed including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
