Really enjoyed staying here! The amenities were fantastic and well maintained. I love the card/lift system. Parking was well priced. 24hr servicing/info for anything required for rooms was great! Stayed 4 night with an express housekeeping and whenever we needed anything, it was brought up within 10-15min

Very good hotel in a not-so-nice area
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Meriton Liverpool. The facilities were very good ( apart from the shower, which had poor water pressure ). The hotel even has a gym, which wasn't advertised on hotels.com. The area, however, is not that great. Easy access to shopping though!

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Room was very clean, lots of space , bed was very comfortable with lots of lovely pillows. The experience exceeded my expectation. The property is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a shopping centre. Easy to everything.

We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff were very helpful. I would have liked to have had a swim, but there were too many kids in the pool. I didn't get a chance to ask if theres a time cut off for children , like other hotels have?

The property itself is beautiful, what I didn't appreciate is the two security guards in the foyer wearing security vests implying the area was very unsafe and then when I asked them for directions to the sports arena I needed to attend, which was only 1.2km walking distance, they told me it was too far and I wouldn't make it there safely, so I opted to drive the 3 minutes. Their words rang true as the following evening on the channel 9 news there was a report of a woman pushing her pram being followed by a man brandishing a knife and she scurried into the adjacent 7/11 for safety and assistance - what the hell?!?!
