Was unaware that the hotel didn’t take cash payments over $100, so the money I had prepared to pay for the trip was useless. The room smelt very unclean, the carpets were not vacuumed and the towels were stained. We also had a leak from the fridge that pooped water all over the kitchen floor creating a slip hazard. Very poor for the amount of money we spent to rent the property out.

Stayed here to attend a concert at Allianz - easy ride to stadium in an Uber and a quick walk down the street to Coles and Aldi. There were also various takeaway and sit down food options nearby. The property was clean and modern with off-site parking and friendly staff. I would stay here again next time.

Pre arrival I was impressed by the email I got when I queried a late arrival, equally when my flight was cancelled and I called they sorted everything. The room was road front and it’s a highway so was next level noisey however you do get used to it and the room is great. Spacious and comfortable. Someone had been smoking big time before me and when I mentioned to reception their staff was there in minutes to deodorise and it worked a treat. Buses are a short walk and only $1.10 to the city!

Was actually so amazing it was very clean and easy to move around in. Came with all the essential facilities for a stay and was in a great location. Was next to a busy road which provided some white noise that was really nice!

when we initially checked in, our room smelt very strongly of cigarettes & the staff were quick to change us into another room. however, the windows in the new room were stuck open and we had to wait for maintenance to solve this issue. the staff were very apologetic, but it seemed as though the rooms hadn't been cleaned prior to check in and that was how these issues had slipped through the cracks
