The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from the harbour front, and was within an easy walk of the Lyric Theatre, where we went for a show. We were able to park onsite and breakfast was fairly standard.

Really great location, walking distance to Darling Harbour & Town Hall station. It was good to be a little bit out of the town centre. The room was nice, very spacious. Staff were a bit aloof, it would have been nicer if they were a bit friendlier.

Disappointing for the cost of 1 night. there was onsite parking It was mentioned they had an area up the road. However Valet would not take your car there. It was up to us to local and drive our to the parking location. Asked for room service twice. Again had to follow up. Again due to price no mini bar available or food orders from Room Service. Value for money rating- 0 Would I stay here again- No I booked the Park Royal because I have had pleasant experiences in the past Very disappointing

Staff in the club lounge bent over backwards to help me. I have coeliac disease and they were great in making sure everything was gluten free for me including bringing me toast from a separate area with Gf toaster. The guys were so lovely in the lounge and really made our stay! Our room was nice too and the hotel was in a good location.

This hotel must have very good glazing on the glass facade because I didn’t hear any traffic noise whatsoever. The location is great and the hotel has an excellent car drop off/pick up area at the entry which is very spacious. Staff were great.
