Great location. Room and bathroom a great size. Hotel looking a bit tired especially the pool area. Breakfast not worth the price. If you just want somewhere central that you can put you head down at night, it’s perfect. It’s definitely not five star

Upon checking out we were told that a receipt would be emailed to us, However, our credit card has been charged twice in two identical concurrent transactions that appear on our statement. We have contacted reception, but have been brushed off. No one has yet responded and we are left waiting… This does not compel us to return, as inadvertently being charged twice, with being left hanging is very unsatisfactory

Incredible View, Comfy Bed!
After a long day on my feet, it was great to check into my room and see a huge King Bed, then open up the windows for an incredible view over Hyde Park and the Sydney CBD. Felt like I was in the clouds. I ordered room serivce (a delicious medium rare steak) and watched the colours change over Sydney.
