Pullman Penrith was lovely and clean but let down by little things. Small selecton of tea and coffee - there was no hot chocolate! Mugs would be appreciated, as would have biscuit packs and complimentary slippers. Maybe I'm being old fashioned...

The Pullman Penrith is a very beautiful hotel. The reception staff were just delightful as were Marcel staff on Saturday morning. However, the hostess at breakfast at Marcel on Sunday morning needed to smile. Checkout staff equally as lovely as check in staff. I do have one major complaint....the shampoo, conditioner and body & handwash dispensers are impossible. In order to wash my hair, I had to pump the shampoo dispenser 100 times. I realise that you need to conserve personal hygiene products but those dispensers are ridiculous. We were in room 425.
