Spotless apartment close to the Metro Line. Very comfortable and well set out except for the high shelves in the kitchen. Uphill walk from North Sydney station. A few surrounding restaurants and supermarket next door.

Great apartment! The room was large and very comfortable. It has kitchenette with everything the traveler needs. Coffee machine and coffee pods produce very tasty drink. Hotel has good exercise room with sauna and steam room (great quality and free to use). Laundry facilities are also free (soup provided). The hotel is next to the Metro station and 10-15 minutes from the train station - very convenient for visiting Sydney places. Sydney public transportation is great and easy to use with just touch of your credit card. The hotel is just quarter mile from the start line of the Sydney marathon - very convenient for runners.

I was disappointed that our booking said daily housekeeping was offered at this Quest property, however, this was not the case as no housekeeping was undertaken on Sunday. As a result our room was not serviced during our 2 night stay.

What happened to good customer service !
I Have stayed several times at this hotel as my family live in the Apartments above - on this occasion I booked 2 SUPERIOR Rooms (family birthday get together) We were put on the second floor. One room was fine - the other smelled stale and looked out onto concrete walls and a grotty carpark ! Not even close to the advertised room. Spoke to girl on the desk - but she was not interested ! The Sydney Metro opened, its minutes walk to the hotel and this has brought them huge additional business - perhaps now they feel they DON'T have to make that extra effort to ensure a great guest experience & service and not interested in repeat business - shame !

Lady at the reception Ana (I think) was very helpful. Sad that pool wasn’t working. Place is a bit of a walk from North Sydney station. Our room was spacious, a bit of issue with cleanliness though. Overall, it’s alright and might stay there again.
