Receptionist was very friendly and professional. I mentioned that I am a very light sleeper and she offered me to pay a little bit extra to have a quieter room on a higher floor. The room was simply stunning and very quiet. Very good location as well. I'd definitely be back. All the employees I interact with were amazing! Thank you!

Purchased 4 nights of deluxe darling harbor view room, but received a room facing freeway instead. We prepaid the daily breakfast that was advertised on 36th floor with panorama view of Opera House upon check in found out breakfast room is moved to 1st floor, false advertisement.

Perfect location for walking to Sydney Harbour

Perfect walking location to Sydney Harbour and Opera House. Room with view of Opera House/City was worth it and saw the sunrise and sunset. Staff and room will make me stay here again.
