The No.9 Springfield is in a great location just outside the CBD with public transport options to getting around. The rooms are fresh but retain a sense of heritage that gives character to the building. We have stayed there a few times prior to City2Surf in Sydney and have found the staff always accommodating and have spare rooms set up for a shower after the fun run.

The room was a small, barely big enough for a double bed and desk. The bathroom was very small, hard to move around in. Though the room was small, the bed was very comfortable, and it was convenient in the middle of Kings Cross, close to the train station. Though the room was a bit small, for an overnight stay before City2Surf it was perfect.

Great location, big family room.
Family room had big bed for parents and small one for child. Very nice room, hotel lobby very nice, reception people great. Bathroom a little small for family use, shower only no tub. Great location, right next to a train line to CBD.

Close to all amenities Disappointing that parking was as far away as it was. Raining made it uncomfortable getting to and from the car Despite this, welcome from staff was lovely and warm. Rooms were clean and tidy. Late checkout provided was most helpful.

The staff were lovely and admitted us early to our room with a very friendly welcome. The room however smelled musty and the carpets felt very unclean. The room was really dark and damp.

The overall stay was ok. Comfy bed. Shower and toilet area is very small. Shower head is not adjustable so I had to bend as I’m 6ft tall. The staff advised me that the hotel manager is cranky and not in a good mood most of the time so any request for upgrade (if available/possible) may not be approved.

Perfectly Delighted:
I recently stayed at No9 for business purposes, and as someone accustomed to more corporate-style hotels, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Due to the recent visit of Taylor Swift, many of our usual accommodations were either booked or exceeded our company budget. No9 provided a delightful and wonderfully decent stay that exceeded my expectations. I would gladly choose to stay at No9 again in the future.

Property was in a great location, very clean and comfortable but for the price we paid for our room it was extremely small. Was ok for a one night stay, but would have been difficult to stay in the room any longer than that.
