A truly special waterfront apartment overlooking the beautiful Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
The apartment boasts a large modern kitchen & dining area, great for entertaining guests with an unbeatable waterfront view.

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.

The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am

*No pets allowed

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*In regards to parking it is free of charge however on a 2hr limit. Each section of the street has different time zones and all surrounding streets have individual zonings too. Generally, it’s from 10am-6pm and outside of those times you’re free to park for as long as you choose. There are a number of streets within a few minutes walk which will allow you to park all day free of charge. We generally advise guests that unless it’s 100% needed it’s more efficient and effective to travel around the city and close by tourist spots via public transport which are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.

* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Air conditioning only in the living room.
