Will not stay here again. Room smelly, no sound proofing, cleanliness average. Staff show no interest in guests. We were made to wait outside of building after traveling over 13 hours until staff member finished their phone call. Intermittent banging through night and day, not sure if from lift. Disappointing. Do not recommend.

The property was near shopping and close to transport. It was large and had everything you needed. The property is quite dated and is need of refurbishing - especially the bathroom. It was quite noisy at night with traffic noise.

Apartment was well worn and very disappointing compared to photos. Lounge and bedroom mirrors and coffee table weren’t even vaguely clean. Bathrooms seemed clean but water damaged. Bulb blown in bedside lamp. Clearly apartment had previously been tenanted by smokers so smelt as such. Staff weren’t that friendly and nearby church bells ran pretty much all weekend which was loud enough in the apartment but very loud by pool. Also, no stopping by entrance so awkward with Ubers etc. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Good solid stay....
... initially I was put off by the somewhat dated nature of the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were original but still quite functional. The daggiest piece of furniture was the table in front of the lounge That said it was comfortable and clean and quiet. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful too. The unit had all we needed so, we would stay again at a good price! .... YMMV

We booked a 3 bedroom and ended up on the top floor level 28. Was great to stay with 3 couples/friends for a nearby concert at The Domain which was a 10-15min easy walk. Parking though is underneath the building I would suggest stopping at the front of hotel and drilling bags off and then driving to carpark which is around the block but very badly signposted - make sure to ask the reception for the address and put it in how and when how says you have arrived look down alley way to see parking otherwise you will miss, it’s very limited signage. We could only find 2 of the 3 bedroom air con remotes which seemed to work between the two. This was not turned on for us for arrival and the top floor was extremely hot on a not so hot day. I would suggest hotel turn it on pre arrival or turn it on as soon as you arrive to start cooling down the rooms. The kitchen bin in kitchen is no where near big enough for a 3 bedroom apartment and should be upgraded. Otherwise was a lovely stay.

The location was great, just a nice stroll to just about anywhere, and trains and buses were just around the corner. Although the units are order style that means they are much bigger. The daily servicing is great and the heated pool and huge spa were a bonus.

Excellent accommodation
Wonderful older style two-bedroom apartment with plenty of room to move around. Great views of the freeway and Harbour Bridge approaches. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of storage. Added bonus of Birdie restaurant next door which has great food and wonderful staff. My only complaint is that the lounges were too soft and hard to get out of. They need replacing. Walking distance to the Light Rail and Wynyard station.
