ADA Communication cottages are intended for audio/visual impairments and provide audible, visual doorbell and fire alarm communication. The cottage includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite along with two additional bedrooms with two full XL beds in each.

You’ll also find surprising extras, including your own pontoon boat for the length of your stay, as well as exclusive access to a heated pool and playground. This idyllic getaway is Sylvan Beach’s premier vacation rental destination.

“This place is absolutely beautiful… From morning ‘til night, whether it was taking the pontoon boats out on the lake, renting water bikes and paddle boards, swimming in the pool, or just sitting on the deck of Sylvan Beach Supply Co. eating ice cream and watching the boats go by, there was never a dull moment. The kids really enjoyed playing in the playground. Sitting around a campfire making s'mores was the perfect way to end the night for all ages.
