Location: Approximately 700 meters from the rocky coastline and with beautiful views of the landscape and the nearby Ionian Sea, is this detached house with private pool.

Interior: The spacious apartment is on two floors and is comfortably furnished for six people. A few steps lead to the raised living area with spacious, open plan living space in which a fitted kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and air conditioning are located. The living space with seating offers a wood burning stove for fresher seasons. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Sat-TV with flatscreen. Two double bedrooms both with air conditioning and an elegant bathroom with shower / WC / bidet.
A few steps through the external stairs lead down to a separate ambience with a further double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower / WC / bidet en suite. Andalúz possible. The washing machine is located in the storage room. WIFI.

Outside: The house has a living area spacious verschiedne comfort. The Attractive is perhaps illustrated by the hotel grounds, which enrich the soul of the building by various porches and terraces and best outdoor spaces offer to the air to be able to enjoy to the fullest.
About the kitchen you reach the atmosphere rich porch, ideal for dining outdoors to. A few steps lead up to the swimming pool with built-in whirlpool and where a small gazebo makes it possible to stay in the shade by the water. Another staircase leads to a terrace with beautiful sea views of the nearby sea, the entire surrounding landscape and views to the city of Syracuse. On clear days, even the Etna is visible. Here relaxed hours can be enjoyed. A well-maintained in mittelmeerländischen style garden surrounds the entire housing unit, thus expanding the already very good outdoor spaces. Fresh rolls can be ordered each morning at the nearby small grocery stores.

Conclusion: The entire property gives a bright, pleasant and typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Syracuse, the baroque city of Noto and the only times the nature reserve of Vendicari are easily accessible from here.

Great villa
The villa was as advertised, rural and rustic, but a great place to relax and enjoy the nearby sights. The beds we found not great but the pool is lovely.

Relaxing break!
Great property for our family holiday. We really liked the separate area tha my husband and I occupied whilst our 18 and 19 year olds had the main house area giving us some private space. Pool area is great and the roof terrace fab for watching the sunset! You really need a car as not an awful lot in the immediate area. We had a really lovely relaxing holiday here,

Excellent accommodation, very good property manager, Dario, and owners very helpful when in need.
The villa is exactly as advertised and is well placed for a peacefully quiet stay, outside of Siracusa town itself and a mini mart within walking distance for your essentials. The area has a lot to offer in terms of historical and archaeological places of interest to visit, as well as the wonderful island of Ortegia to meander through the many narrow alleyways and marvel at the architecture. You'll be spoilt for choice for places to eat out.

Fantastic house and pool beautiful garden with wonderful views all around
We loved our time in this fabulous house it had everything we needed for a wonderful chilled holiday . Dario was fantastic and was so kind to meet us very late after our delayed flight and also bring us olives and chees much enjoyed. The house is set in a very peaceful area and has lots of places to sit and relax in the shade in between swims. There are various beaches in the area but to hire sun beds and parasols you have to book in advance at most of them and we did not realise this so had a wasted trip. Fabulous pizza restaurant 5mins down the road and very good value, pizza and pasta superb. Also shop 5minutes from the house sells every thing you need on a daily basis and marvellous fresh bread . Would definitely recommend this house as place to enjoy sun and relaxing holiday. Dario could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Relaxing, wonderful house
This was a great place for our whole family (6 adults) to stay for 6 nights. The pool was great - clean, warm and refreshing after a long day out and all the rooms and the kitchen were all well-appointed and clean. The property manager, Dario, couldn't have been nicer or more well-organized. Driving to the house, we thought we were going to be in the middle of nowhere and it is, in fact, 15 or 20 minutes from Siracusa (the closest town) but right down the street is a small, well- stocked market with wine, meats and cheeses and other groceries. That's about the only thing you can walk to. There's a few (rocky) beaches a short drive away but you can rent chairs and umbrellas and take a dip for a relaxing afternoon. Last, and definitely not least, there are about 5 restaurants a 5 minute drive away that all were great. All of them are near Isola right on the gulf looking over to Siracusa/Ortigia, all have spectacular views and all have phenomenal (and phenomenally fresh) seafood pastas and pizzas. All in all, this was a great, relaxing, secluded place and we enjoyed it immensely.

Lovely house
The house had beautiful outdoor areas and large bedrooms. It was practical to have a separate section where the teenagers could have some privacy. The swimming pool was nice, and you could swim into the sunset. A bit disruptive was the neighboring house with a rooster that made some noise, so it was necessary to close the windows during the night. A great base for excursions, but a car is necessary! There is a shop nearby, and you can explore areas with beautiful cliffs nearby – though there are few sidewalks. Stunning and varied views where you get both the landscape, Etna, and the sea. It was lovely to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Additionally, we had the world's kindest host, Dario, who helped us with solutions when we had bad luck with the rental car and other things. The house owner was there for watering and fixing, and was indeed also a solution-oriented and friendly man.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super und man ist in kurzer Zeit am Strand. Der kleine Supermarkt ist auch nur 200 m entfernt und hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Professionell und freundlich - alles perfekt!
Von der ersten Planung über das Einchecken, die Betreuung vor Ort und die Abrechnung nach Abreise war alles wunderbar professionell organisiert. Dario war ein äußerst freundlicher und zugewandter Ansprechpartner. Der Eigentümer Mario schaute auf einen kurzen, netten Besuch vorbei. Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis
Huis staat op een heuvel en ligt in een woonwijk met andere villa's. Ongeveer 10 kilometer onder Siracusa. Goed verblijf als je van rust houd en groot zwembad. Huis is gedateerd ingericht. Geen horeca in dorpje. Auto is een noodzaak. Door de vele niveauverschillen niet toegankelijk met rolstoel. Elektra moet appart afgerekend worden.

La location très propre et bien, la mer promis à 500 mètres, en réalité en peut plus loin et avec una axé pas forcément très pratique, pour le reste vaisselle, équipements et commodité de la maison rien à redire, le gérant très accueillant et très âpreté dans les explications. La villa è situata in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare ma lontana dai frastuoni, in una zona ben servita. Molto curata la proprietà, immersa nel verde e dotata di tutti i confort, fra cui una godibilissima veranda coperta sotto la quale abbiamo trascorso piacevoli giornate, fra una nuotata e l'altra nella adiacente piscina. Tutto perfetto. Dopo una vacanza così si torna a casa ritemprati!

Schönes sauberes Haus mit herrlichem Garten
Das Haus , der Pool und vor allem der Garten hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage war zentral und und schön ruhig, besonders hervorzuheben ist, es gab sowohl bei den Poolliegen und den Stühlen Auflagen, da sparen manche Anbieter. Wir haben uns in diesem Mietobjekt wohl gefühlt
Vor allem Pool und Dachterrasse haben uns bei diesem Objekt gefallen. Teilweise wies das Haus noch Spuren von den Vorgängern auf (alte Luftmatratze lag rum oder das Mobiliar auf der Dachterrasse war brüchig und kaputte Fliegengitter sollten ersetzt statt behelfsmäßig mit Kochlöffeln fixiert werden, gerade bei dem Mückenansturm), aber sonst ist die Ausstattung des Hauses zufriedenstellend. Mit 20 Minuten von Siracusa und Meernähe ist die Lokalität des Hauses perfekt und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt viele Dinge für Unternehmungslustige in erreichbarer Nähe zu erleben. Wenn auch im Vorfeld die Kommunikation nicht optimal war, waren wir doch dankbar für ein reibungsloses Check-in und -out, und das trotz unserer enormen Verspätung wegen des Fluges.

Das Haus mit dem Privatpool entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Dario, der uns mit seinem Ratschlägen und Hinweisen sehr geholfen hat unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Er war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und dafür möchten wir uns nochmal besonders bedanken. Wir würden gerne bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt die Betreuung durch Dario wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Eine schöne Zeit
Es war eine schöne Zeit. Der Hauseigentümer war sehr lieb und obwohl kein Wort englisch oder deutsch verstanden wurde, haben wir fast alle Schwierigkeiten mit dem Übersetzer gemeistert! Wir hatten das Pech, dass der Pool für 3 Tage nicht nutzbar war. Man war sehr bemüht, aber als wir nach 3 Tagen wieder baden konnten, war das Wasser immernoch trüb und wenn die Kinder gespielt haben oder gesprungen sind, war eine schaumbildung, die wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden. Auch das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer ist dringend auszutauschen. Wir mussten etliche Sachen wie Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeebecher, Schneidebretter usw besorgen, da diese Dinge fehlten. Wir haben sie aber gerne für den nächsten Urlauber vor Ort gelassen, da alles andere einfach nur schön war! Auch der Verwalter war jederzeit auf deutsch für uns ansprechbar und sehr bemüht. Lieben Dank für alles!
