I had a pleasant stayed in this hotel. It’s my 2nd time From my very first impression till now, I’m TRU-ly happy staying here. So convenient at nearby stores, taste good breakfast & most importantly very clean & smells so good not only the room but also the hallway. It’s definitely my personal choice & will always be booking TRU hotel again & again.

Offered money off to several local places and was within walking distance to alot of things. Its right next door to a costco whcih is convenient if you have a membership. The walls are thin and we heard what sounded like knocking on our door all night long. Beds were not super cozy but not the worst i have ever slept in. Staff at desk and surrounding areas was excellent. Friendly and helpful.. cleaning staff was ok.. unfortunately i am not fluent in other languages and despite me trying to tell them there was people in one of our two rooms they tried to enter anyway, and they never did any stay over service.. not sure if they provided it or not as it was listed anywhere and no mention of it at check in. All around the stay wasnt to bad. Very colorful and bright hotel and not overly huge. Breakfast was simple and quiet and tasted great too. Price seems slightly high but also it was a holiday weekend and we did go during the state fair. Also want to mention wifi is very basic if you want anything more than checking an email or two you have to pay for it.

The staff was PHENOMENAL they we all Incredibly helpful, kind, courteous, personable...we even had an issue with our tv and they switched our room immediately with no complaints! I cannot say enough about the staff!

Hotels.com - probably not - Hilton is the best!

With the exception of the lack of follow-through from Hotels.com, it was a five-star property. The staff was exceptional and first-rate when Hotels.com messed up our reservation. They made sure my family was comfortable and offered to book us a room at our price promised. They worked hard for us until we were comfortably in our room and made all of the corrections that should have been done by Hotels.com. It is not that I am unhappy with them completely, they usually do a good job. I just don't like being asked to switched hotels and then do not follow through with making the changes THEY asked us to make. Fortunately, the Hilton Corporation did a fantastic job to make up for it.

I loved the facility, however either you, Expedia, or I failed to include a third night. I came back to the hotel at 4:00 PM to find all of my positions in a basket in the lobby. I did not get a call, a text or an email or another room as they were booked full at that point. There was absolutely no interest in helping me. I of course missed my evening event. I was without a car, but fortunately had a relative in the area and am sleeping on their couch.

I dont like the soap dispensers. Silly name and incomprehensible sayings on the bottles. They require 2 hands to operate; doesn't seem ADA compliant. My wife just had surgey on her right hand, so I have to squeeze the bottles for her. The soap bottles over the sink and in the shower are empty. Clearly housekeeping can't tell when they're running low or completely out.
