From our check-in experience with Angel (who was amazing) to checkout the staff was great! The hotel was clean and our room was attended to daily. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the breakfast a few days during our stay which my husband really enjoyed. If you are looking for friendly staff, clean hotel, and complimentary breakfast book this hotel.

The hotel was very nice inside and the parking lot was kept very clean. My only complaint was the view out of my window looked to be like the back of a storage warehouse, and there were all kinds of junk stored back on the property. I had a view of. I wish it was a little closer to some walking restaurants or grocery stores. It’s a little out-of-the-way and I wouldn’t feel safe walking around there unless I knew the area. The staff there was wonderful and I have no complaints about the room, clean and had very , nice amenities like fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I also appreciated the little market. They had downstairs to grab a frozen meal for dinner and a snack for afterwards and there was a very nice continental breakfast.

The property is fairly new and very clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless. The breakfast offered hot options; eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuits and gravy plus other items. The bed was comfortable. Freeway access was very easy.

The manager was very kind! She let me check in early and check out late. The staff also moved me to a different room when the water in my room was not hot enough for me. I was concerned about the train noise but it was very quiet and I slept great.

This hotel suited my needs while I was in Tacoma/Lakewood. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating. The only downside to my stay was my next door neighbor smoked pot the entirety of my stay. I didn’t think that was legal in WA— smoking pot in a public area or hotel. Other than that hiccup, my stay was good.
