Room smelled like a dirty ash tray.

The room smelled like smoke, I attempted to sleep for a few hours but the smell was so bad I ended up leaving. After explaining this to the front desk while checking out I wasn’t even offered an apology nor any type of compensation. Won’t be back.

Go get the PIZZA!!!

My husband and I stayed here and it was GREAT! The rooms were cozy and quiet, the front desk agents were extremely nice, and the pizza from the little deli in the casino was SO GOOD! We had a great time!

The only thing i didnt care for was the smell of smoke in the casino and the security were rude. It would be better if the hotel had a separate entrance.

Everyone was very nice. It was me and my granddaughter who is only 16 so that was a bit of a challenge because the hotel.is in the middle of the casino and she was not allowed on the casino floor so we were told we needed to be escorted to the check in desk and restaurant, but when no one came they finally just let us walk through to the check in desk and later to the restaurant.

Clean but smoky still

The room was fine, recently renovated and clean. Only problem was one was forced to enter the hotel through the smoking Casino on both sides of the building. The air was stale and smelled of smoke even on the 4th floor. Smoke rises folks even if it is a non-smoking hotel.
