Not only is the view incredible, but the house is modern and spacious with an open floor plan.
Enter on the main level where the kitchen, living and dining rooms sprawl out in front of you with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe through the large sliding doors and tall windows.
Two bedrooms and a full bathroom to the right and to the left, each a mirror image of the other, with new window coverings in all bedrooms for comfort.
The two lakeview bedrooms each have a California King bed and two other bedrooms each have a Queen bed. Each bathroom features a nice step-in tile tub/shower. Half bath in the hall too.
Two car garage as well as laundry facilities downstairs for your convenience.
No cable television at this property, but Apple TV is provided for your enjoyment!
Please note: Homeowner may occasionally use the downstairs apartment, with separate entrance and no interruption to you and your vacation. The laundry area is the only shared space.
