The location is close to the train station. The hotel quality is worth the value. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ashley helped me booked the tour to Sun moon lake. They even called the tour guide to make sure I board the bus . About the Sun moon tour: 2000twd for one person and 2nd person free. Including everything: transportation, lunch, cable car, boat, bicycle. And a free temple visit. It was a fun whole day tour. I would feel bad if I don’t tip the guild twd200. Overall, a fun two day visit.

The bathroom has a high curb on the floor which my wife accidentally hurt her toe. But the hotel staff responded immediately by putting a rubber buffer over it. When wifi signal was weak, the hotel immediately put an additional router in the room. The service and response to our feedback is just excellent, especially the front desk staff Ms Helen Chen.

Repeated stay in this hotel. Nearby TRA Taichung. Near Taroko Mall. Walking distance about 10 mins to 忠孝 night market. Clean /neat rooms. Improvement will be to have a luggage rack. Room I book was a double room. Walkable to 官原眼科。

Staff were friendly and helpful. Some had very basic English language skills, but I don't really expect this at the price point of such small, local hotels. Nice hotel overall, we ended up staying at three Cityinn hotels in Taipei and Taichung during our two week trip.

Fantastic hotel a short walk from the main train station. The staff are very nice and accommodating and there’s a free drink station providing ice tea and coffee. The rooms are nice and modern; a bit small but we could open two large suit cases on either side of the bed. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent - Convenient Location, Nice Rooms
Wonderful hotel, very near to Taichung Station and convenient for getting around. Free parking was a nice bonus and the breakfast was better than expected. No complaints at all. Staff were lovely as well. Room was clean and modern with a great shower (very good water pressure). I'd definitely choose to come back next time :-)

Clean, friendly service, decent breakfast buffet, conveniently located to shops/dining options, walkable, parking is located not too far away, VIP package upgrade was just four bottles of soap, however haha. Was hoping for a room upgrade or something a bit more. Price is a bit high compared to other nice stay experiences in Taiwan for this price.
