台風が台湾南部に上陸しそうなときにチェックインでした。高鉄だけは動いていたので、高鉄台南駅からタクシーで到着して無事にチェックインしました。 台風がいる間も安心して過ごすことができました。高層階でしたが、静かで快適でした。

Received a room upgrade at check in. The room is a bit old but clean and comfortable. Breakfast a little below par for 5 star hotel, but the beef soup was really good. We dined 3 times at the Shanghai Pavilion and enjoyed all the dishes. On the whole, the service in this hotel is exceptional. We had an issue with our food order at the Lounge and Ms. Ria Su resolved it very professionally.

Excellent facility. The staff there are very helpful especially the concierge desk . He recommended excellent dinner restaurant and breakfast place. The location of the hotel is not ideal. With the help of the staff, all the minor issues were resolved beautifully. I have no complaints.

The property is lovely and the room stunning. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar each night and had a wonderful meal at the buffet. Lastly on the good side was the gym- which was fantastic! I marked down due to the shower having black mould in it. This came off with a scrub, but shows cleaning is not done to a high standard. Lastly, the pool requires you to wear a swimming cap or shower cap which seemed odd and due to this lack did not use it and just sunbathed.
