Great location just 1 block away from Beimen subway stop, and a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Also very close to Ximending and the famous rainbow crosswalk. Overall property was clean and nice. Rooms are small but just what I needed for a single traveler. Breakfast was nothing special but I appreciated it being available starting. Overall great choice for exploring the city.

Friendly staff, nice ambiance and situated at a convenient location with access to all main MRT stations in Taipei. Many good food choices nearby and the walking distance to Ximending and Taipei Train Station made it even better! Overall a very pleasant stay (iPad controls inside rooms!) and will surely return for my next stay!

This was a great location for our trip to Taiwan. It was walkable to so many things in addition to being close to the MRT, train and bus stations. We had a city view room and enjoyed watching the traffic and looking at the mountains. The room was compact but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice with room for improvement
Very high-tech experience with App/iPad control for almost everything (including the cleaning schedule)! There's one issue with the check in where the App allowed me to choose a worse room type despite already making a selection during booking. Also, the A/C has been very annoying. It barely runs if set close to outside temperature (e.g 24-25C), and setting it lower causes clothes to stay wet forever. I imagine it's not removing the moisture sufficiently. This is one of the few hotels with working Chromecast built-in, which I have been using. It doesn't have AirPlay though.
