8 min walking to metro station and 5 min to 饒河夜市 night market, also about 15 min walking to 松山文創園區&誠品.
Room condition is fine and worth the money for solo travellers

Location is good. Property is a bit worn but very clean.
I’m a travel influencer on a four month Asia tour and I have to say that this is one of my fave suites that I have stayed in. I got the corner suite and it had a really comfy bed, was super spacious, and it was nice that there were windows.
Service was immaculate was always insistent on cleaning our rooms and refreshing all our amenities.
Food for breakfast was also really nice and changed selection every day.
Would highly recommend, only thing is its some walk from the train station but I didn’t mind the 10 minute walk.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
"This room was a great deal—just keep in mind, I mostly used it for 5 hours of sleep, 1 hour of breakfast (which was surprisingly good for the price), and a quick shower. For the money, it's solid value, especially if you're just looking for a place to crash and not a luxury stay. One thing to note: if you’re someone who needs a window, make sure to pay the premium, as some rooms don't have them!"
The toilet doesn't flush, and asking for service they took at least half an hour to address the issue. During the service we had to watch how the whole process. After all that with the tool they used to clear the toilet, they used the shower to wash all the tools. I was luck enough to find gecko in the room which I had never seen before.
The hotel is good except that its location is a bit far off from the nearest MRT station. Bed could be better the one in my room sank in which caused muscle ache every morning.
Been staying here 3 years in a row because of the location close to what I need to do. Fair pricing and walking distance to food. Of course there are things that are not five star hotel like but it’s not a five star to begin with. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
My go to hotel to stay at when visiting Taipei. Overall a good value for the location and price.
A bit of suggestion for the hotel management in future, if the power goes out, please advise the guests what's happening. Also, the stairwells should have better emergency lighting in case of power outages. Hotel guests had to use their cellphone flashlights to see the steps better.
Overall a good hotel to stay at for the location and price.

Liked: Staff & service
Breakfast items were often empty and staff did not take the initiative to refill without being
asked. In our room, there was quite a buildup of dust on the electric wires which definitely need a good clean.
Overall the stay was pleasurable and the housekeeping and front desk staff were especially friendly.

Overall a good value hotel, but there are some issues. Unsafe looking wiring under the night stands, no outlets by the bed. Visit was soured by a miscommunication on our final morning where the dining staff said we were not entitled to a breakfast, even though the people we were traveling with were.
Based on that encounter and being chased down in the dining room I won’t be back.
