The room is small as expected and not very new, and needs improvement with sound insulation. However, the staff service is incredible! I had an incident where I need to see a Dermatologist on a Friday evening. As a foreigner my option was limited to Emergency Room, but the staff was super helpful and found me a Dermatologist near the hotel. Super grateful for everything they did for me 🙏 Overall this is a decent hotel and great value!

Nearby stations, good eateries, staff is super polite and helpful. Laundry facilities was great to have in house. Walls are pretty thin, can hear conversations in the hall way but other than that its a great spot to be in Taipei.

The staff is friendly. The place is clean and modern located in very convenient place, very close to main station. It’s in downtown and room with window is next to Main Street. Lots of bikes day and night. But generally it’s ok to sleep with closed window.

Amazing, welcoming and very attentive staff from the moment you walk in. It was a very nice and clean hotel to come back to after a long day of touring around the city. Very centrally located and convenient. That said, it can be slightly noisy which may depend on where the room is as the hotel is located on a busy street. I still slept fine. Recommend for any travelers that like the convenience.

This is a very convenient location - very close to Taipei station as well as Zhongshan station of the green line. Close to one of the popular night markets for street food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They proactively helped us to move our bags when checking in and out. They also provided good recommendations when we asked for opinions. This is not my first time staying with this hotel and will definitely do it again when I visit Taipei next time.

Loved the location and the staff service! Room was just nice for one pax and absolutely love the room design and that the toilet and shower are separate. Even though the room is not big, it felt spacious because of smart interior design. Do not choose this if you are a light sleeper as the soundproofing is not great. Was on the second floor and you can definitely hear vehicle noise, room doors closing etc. I don't mind it so it was great for me!

Excellent service of hotel staff. The sole of my mum’s shoes opened during my trip in Taipei and we tried our luck to ask if the hotel happens to have any glue available that can help to stick the sole back. The staff on duty went above and beyond and brought up all the glue available in the hotel to help to stick the sole back. This is beyond excellent service.
