Lovely hotel. Very conveniently located round the corner from MRT station and a short travel distance to main tourist spots in the city. Would recommend! Good quality rooms and nice decor. We used the gym and swimming pool - I would say the pool isn’t your usual relaxing pool but actual swim lines with a small jacuzzi pool. Gym facilities had all the key equipment we required. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when coming to Taipei!

Excellent staff services, good location with MRT just in front. Room is spacious and superb soundproofing. I could have stayed for 6 nights but have booked for another hotel as i didn't want to stay in a place for too long. Concierge was good.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Their service is impeccable All staff displayed excellent customer service and are very obliging. The concierge skills of Angela and Ava are one of the best if not the best I have experienced in a 5 star hotel. Heineken from the Executive lounge was very helpful and knowledgeable Highly recommend hotel for a stay in Taipei
