It’s an amazing and beautiful hotel, centrally located and close to shops, restaurants, mass transit and walking distance to 101 Taipei. Our room overlooked 101 Taipei, very clean with very modern amenities. The staff were fantastic, so pleasant, polite, extremely efficient and helpful. We don’t get this kind of treatment in any of the Hilton hotels in the U.S. My only comment is that we wish they serve regular menu for dinner and not just buffet. We ended up eating at the Bar restaurant for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast had large selections of foods and all were very good. Overall, we enjoyed and loved our stay and wish we stayed longer than 2 nights.

Loved the location of this hotel, for both first time visitors and those returning (we traveled with several family members). Service and staff were attentive. Entering into the breakfast area, the staff felt defensive as in they were really worried about who was coming in and whether we expected to pay for our breakfast. The rooms were fine for a short stay but for a week long stay, the storage was pitiful. There were 6 hangers provided and 1/3 of the provided drawers had inserts making them unusable. As a result we had to have luggage set up on a stand outside of the closet/dressing area (the hotel's own luggage holder did not fit open in the closet much less any luggage) and half our clothes folded on the refrigerator/coffee maker or desk area area. It made it very difficult to live comfortably for 1 week. Add to that difficult lighting and controls and that there are no outlets (not even USB) on either side of the bed and the stay was cumbersome and frustrating. That said, the black out shades were fantastic and bathroom well-appointed. It was not a bad stay but there is room for improvement.

Fabulous friendly and knowledgeable staff, elegant comfortable rooms, wonderful location, beautiful view, and great breakfast buffet—a fine place to stay!! When I had trouble with electricity hookups, likely my fault, a maintenance engineer was there within a few minutes! Bell staff were very helpful arranging a city tour and taxis. Front desk and breakfast buffet staff were very efficient and nice. These are just a few examplesof how well this place operates

Was very pleased with this stay. Location is very convenient as it’s close to the main shopping area and to Taipei 101. Breakfast was great and I loved the art in the lobby. Pool has great view (but remember to change in room). Did one dinner but honestly - food options in area are unbeatable so almost no reason to eat at hotel. Would love to go back sometime.

Corner room decor is thoughtful with plenty of built-in furniture surface area and lots of mirrors. Bathroom is also roomy. Staff are very polite and helpful. The 25m (?) long rooftop pool is breathtaking, relaxing and not crowded at all which i had the whole pool 2 times.

Good comforting best stay hotel
Nice hotel and comfortable. The location is an ideal as you can find many shopping and food around it. The subway is also within short walking distance and it just 4 station to Taipei train station where it connect the airport express train. The breakfast buffet spread to me is not excellent but ok for me for the price I paid. However, if it charge US50 per pax, I think you can get cheaper one from the nearby food court. Hopefully they don’t increase the rate if more ppl staying. Btw, the room equipped with a very good external speakers for the TV and it provide free movies channel. Also a very good pool that over see 101.

Very good location, surrendered by the upscale department stores, convenient for shopping, dinning. View to the 101 building was mostly blocked by other high-rise building. Breakfast selections were not as good as Regent Hotel. Stuffs were very nice and helpful. Room too cool, a bit difficult to set the a/c at the desirable temperature.

The last time I’m in Taipei was more than 20 years ago when 101 was still under construction. Location is great, easy access to 2 train lines. We were caught in typhoon Gaemi, area is still safe and well facilitated. Love the pool as you can catch a breathtaking unblocked view of all the skyscrapers in Xinyi district including 101!
