It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast anymore. Laundry facility and microwave on the 9th floor are a good touch. Property can definitely use some upgrades. If a clock with radio/alarm/ USB charging station by bedside table will make my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit old and you can find some dirt on the stuff. However, the staff was very nice and professional. They answered all my request and executed on time. They not just helped us book a taxi to airport, they remembered we have a cake stored in the freezer and retrieved to us without asking. When they saw only half of people showed up at the front desk, they proactively called our friends upstairs to remind them. I will definitely give a 100 to the staff management!

The hotel is so good,it saved my life for providing an adequate charger for my cell phone, the room is quite clean and neat. The hotel staff is quite nice. Location is very convenient for eating and public transportation.

Small but nice hotel close to MRT and HSR station
Nice hotel in walkable distance from Banciao HSR station and close to Fuzhong MRT station. Even though hotel is small, well maintained and easy access to public transportation. Also, you can find taxi all the time just next to the hotel. Very nominally priced and good service compared to similar hotels. Limited menu for breakfast but ok level. Rooms are clean and with required amenities for a business traveller.

Small hotel right next to MTR, great noodle place downstairs. Only thing I didn't like was the smell of smoke in the hallways, supposedly non smoking room, but the heavy smoke in the hallway filtered into the room. It became very uncomfortable since I have lung issues.

I booked for nonsmoking room, but when I checked in around 10 pm,I was given the smoking room. Even the hallway in front of the room has smoking odor. The smoking smell is very strong in the room and made me very difficult to breath. I went down to the receptionist to complain. They gave me the air cleaner right away and it helped a bit. For the second night, they moved me to different room and it was okay. The third night when I checked in again, they also gave me the same smoking room as the first night. I have to explain over and over again to the hotel receptionist that barely understand English in order to be given the NON SMOKING ROOM. Despite of that, the hotel location is near MRT station, the room is clean and the receptionist is friendly even though I have difficulty in communicating with them.
