Loved how clean and modern the hotel was and the staff were all so friendly and helpful and very attentive! The only complaint I had was that the entire hotel and rooms are so dark! Was even hard to see the numbers in the elevator! Also I was not a big fan of the openness of the room, although I know that is just the style of the rooms! Loved how close the hotel was to the metro and train station and mall! So convenient! Would stay there again!

Wonderful property with easy access to key areas of Taipei. The room was spacious but the bathroom set up was not traditional. The hotel has a unique European palace theme meaning that the fixtures and lighting give it an intentionally gloomy ambiance. The breakfast buffet was well done with delicious options and attentive service. For us the only negative was the gloomy lighting but not enough to deter us from staying there again.
