The hotel building is beautiful in a round shape. The lobby is grand and elegant. It's located in an upscale area with good dining and shopping choices nearby. Metro is about a 10-minute walk away. Our room with a king-size bed is spacious. The only minor complaint is that no matter how carefully you pull the shower curtain, the water from the shower leaks to the floor and soaked the floor towel.

The room was cold! When we called the front desk, they told us the whole hotel was set at one temperature and we are not able to customize it to our liking. It was set at 20.5 Celsius,, so our choices were to turn off the AC or freeze to death.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a while. The staff was amazing during the check-in process and recommending certain places in the area for food.They were very accommodating for adding another night. It’s so convenient to get on to the subway system because you’re literally at the center of it. All this will be my future hotel for years to come.
