Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas. We really liked that there were free washers and a dryer we could use on site, as well as the provided snacks, candy, and beverages water. Right next to a fried chicken place that was good, plus just a 5 min walk from the MRT red line

It was a nice hotel , convenient as it is near the MRT, with free snacks. The room was a bit small it is a shame they don’t serve breakfast however there are a lot good restaurants around .

Decent location - walking distance to both the train station and the night market. The room was nice and clean (bigger than I was initially expecting). Staffs were nice and friendly. My only complaint is the wifi was bad, even unusable at peak time - to which I had to rely on my mobile data connection.

You need to try it once!
Great experience at hotel via loft! Every one from day to night staff were very accommodating. We actually arrived early and the front desk actually gave us our room an hour early. We loved the lobby area with free drinks and snacks. Also, front desk will hold your luggage before and after your stay. This helped us immensely and allowed us to the city without our huge luggages .Alan our room attendant cleaned our room for 2 weeks. He was fantastic and very diligent. Hotel is super close to 7-11 and many restaurants. We highly recommend the buffet restaurant next door. Super cheap and delicious! This was my second time staying at this hotel and we will return again!

Super good value for the price! Clean, comfortable facilities and the snack bar / coffee machine was the cherry on top. Location is also convenient enough with lots of dining / shopping options in the vicinity. Highly recommend.
