Spacious and comfortable with great views.
Very comfortable and spacious room with great views. Excellent breakfast buffet in a sunny big room. Shuttle bus service is prompt and good to have as hotel is on edge of town. Onsen was lovely, with great views and several different ones to try aswell as a relaxation area.

My family has stayed in this hotel 4 times over the years, and plan to stay there in the future. The Onsen is great, the food at the hotel is very nice. Shuttle service into town is on the hour. We always enjoy our time there. 😀

The positive: Our double bed room was very large, was very quiet and had an outstanding view of the Japanese alps. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The negative: Other than a very limited menu at the bar and a buffet breakfast, we were unable to eat at this hotel's restaurants. Inconveniently situated, it only offered a shuttle bus to the city center on an hourly basis. Communication in English was nearly impossible.
