The space
The dwelling has been adorned and embellished to offer our guests an economical but comfortable stay. This renovated duplex has 10 bedrooms in total, with 5 in each unit. There are 5 Bathrooms in total, with one unit 3 bathrooms, and the other 2 bathrooms. Eight rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, one room with a twin-size bunk bed, and one room with a floor mattress.

Park policy for the front unit: park in the concrete lots designated for the front unit, or on the grassland in the front yard of the house. Do not block the way to the back unit and the storage building.

Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time.

Event policy
We do ask for our guests to show full respect to the guests in the other unit if there is any, and the neighborhood. Obey the Quiet time policy, and again, NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time.

Pet policy:
Max of 2 pets; fee applied. Must be counted when booking, including visitor’s pets.

Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed in the front door and/or the living room.

Visitor policy:
Visitors are required to obey the house rules, and can NOT stay overnight without updating your reservation to include them as guests.

Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

PARKING POLICIES
Please park on the designed concrete lot of the front unit, in front of the back unit, or in the grassland of the front unit. DO NOT block the way to the storage building.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
The residence is most comfortable for groups of up to 10 people (5 for each unit). However, we understand that you may need to gather with your family and friends in larger numbers. Therefore, we allow a maximum of 16 people to stay in the house, so you can enjoy a joyful time with your extended family. This accommodation is determined by the availability of the maximum number of "beds" in the building. We could potentially provide additional mattresses (regular one/futon or airbed) or foldable beds upon request, although this is not guaranteed. Please make sure to confirm this with your host before finalizing your booking. By having more than five people in a group, your booking signifies your understanding that you might need to make your own sleeping arrangements and accept some compromises on comfort, and this cannot be subject to complaint.

For families with infants, we do provide a crib for each residence. If you require more cribs, we recommend reaching out to the host before confirming your booking.

PET POLICIES
Traveling with pets is a rewarding experience, and we're delighted to provide you with a pet-friendly environment that promotes responsible pet ownership and a pleasant stay for all our guests. For families traveling with pets, we welcome dogs and/or cats only as companions during your stay. The maximum allowable number of pets is two. We kindly request that you provide continuous care and supervision for your pets throughout your visit. To ensure their safety and comfort, we have a few guidelines in place:

1. Ensure that pets are well-trained. Pets are not permitted to use any bedding and sofas. Guests bear the responsibility of maintaining a hair and discharge-free living area.

2. Attentive Care: Your pets should not be left unattended in the residence unless they are comfortably secured in a crate. This is especially important to ensure the well-being of your pets and to avoid any potential disruptions.

3. Use of Crates: We can offer up to two crates for your convenience in case you need to leave your pets alone at any time. While we cannot guarantee their availability, feel free to inquire with your host before making your booking. If the required number of crates cannot be provided by the host, we kindly ask that you bring your own.

4. Reservation Considerations: When making your reservation, please communicate your intention to travel with pets. This will help us ensure that suitable arrangements can be made to accommodate both your family and your pets comfortably.

Please note that these guidelines are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, both those with and without pets. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. If you have any queries or concerns regarding our pet policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

EVENTS POLICIES
Destructive parties are NOT allowed, and we kindly request that your group demonstrate utmost consideration for the neighborhood during your stay. If the behaviors go too far, such as resulting in a neighborhood complaint or requiring police intervention, there is a risk of losing our privilege to continue the hosting. Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for the remaining booking credits. Please obey the quiet time rule.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
For any other concerns or inquiries, we strongly recommend you communicate with the host before finalizing your booking. Our cancellation policy aims to strike a balance between providing flexibility to the guest(s) and ensuring a degree of predictability for the host.
