Our family stayed here last night and the sheets were really dirty(make up and dirt caked on them), so we asked for new sheets and they were dirty too unfortunately. The toilet seat also had multiple pu*** hairs on it. The room was really small too. The staff were fine. We were really surprised it was so dirty because the reviews were so positive. If you show the front desk you have reviewed them you get to spin a wheel for a free item so that may be why. Honestly if they cleaned the sheets and bathroom it wouldn't be so bad.

Staff was very friendly. Overall the proprty was clean. However, there was a largre amount of liquid soap left at the bottom of the shower when we arrived, which makes you wonder if that was overlooked what other things were overlooked. But the one issue we had that will never make us never return or recommend to anyone is the awful smell of the room. It was so bad my wife almost slept in the SUV. We asked the front desk if we could look at another room to see if it was just our room or ubiquitous issue with the rooms. But they were booked. Front counter had a spray bottle to help mask the odor and told us that another room had a problem as well. The smell was a mold, mildew, wet towel left for days kind of odor. Ok, enough writing, we dont recommend and certainly way overpriced hotel.

I love the creative and colorful decor. Makes you feel happy . The rooms and lobby are very welcoming and clean and the bagels are the best. Have always had a positive experience here.

The whole experience was fantastic. Ms. Summers and the whole staff were incredible. They all were very attentive, friendly, always making sure that we were satisfied and ready to help in any needs. Definitely we will stay at this hotel on our next visit.

Not bad
Stay overall was great. Price was right. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised. My only drawback was the staff out front smoking when we pulled up. Maybe offer the staff a designated smoking area so that it doesn’t shed the business in a bad light. My boys are breakfast both days. Nothing really exciting but at least the kids ate. Would stay again.
