NOT RELIABLE PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!
I had this property reserved close to a month in advance and paid in full immediately. They accepted my reservation and I got confirmation emails along the way. We flew in the night of the 22nd and called him at 11:30 pm to say we were on our way. He said I'll call you back and them immediately cancelled our reservation!!! I was livid! He had double booked the house. Everything else was booked as it was a big FSU game weekend!!! After driving around until 2:30 am we finally found another place but we were literally left out in the cold!! DO NOT RESERVE FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!

Great Location, need a better cleaning crew
The location and size of the house are great, but the cleaning crew used does a poor job and should be replaced. The couches are old and should be replaced soon but if you are a big group here for a game or graduation the size of the house is great. The owner was very responsive throughout the check in process.

This place was very dirty. I call the host and he said that I’m not telling the truth .
I t was terrible. The place was filthy . The host ask me to send pictures and I did that. He never even apologize I text him looking only for and apology not a refund . He told me don’t never contact him again. He sent some to look at it and they also said this is unexceptable. I have the pictures and I would you all to see them. I hate the text he send me saying that the world would better if it wasn’t petty people like me in it. Please contact me for copies of the pictures I took. This was the worst place I ever stay in ☹️😣😣😣very sad situation that I had clean up this place. We wouldn’t even sleep on the linen..

Spacious and Comfy!
The house was in a very nice neighborhood. It was spacious and felt like we were home. I really loved the layout and was so happy the garage was empty! I most definitely would consider reserving this home again!
