Thank you for your rating and feedback ! In Metropol hotel does not have A/C, as we have just central ventilation. Metropol Spa Hotel and Metropol hotel are two different hotels, but as we are standing next to each other, then we have made a discount for visiting the spa. Normal prices are 20 euros/25 euros. According to our files, you got these tickets free of charge :) as an exception

A vending machine, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Metropol. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Hotel Metropol was completed in May 2020. This 3.5-star Tallinn hotel is smoke free.
