We noted your feedback on Expedia regarding the "tiny room" after your check-in. Our reservations manager reached out to you immediately to offer a solution but did not receive a response. Although we were fully booked for the weekend, we were able to offer you an upgraded room from Sunday onwards. Our receptionists also attempted to arrange a meeting with the manager, but this offer was declined by you.The room you stayed in has since been re-categorized within our property. Had we received similar feedback from other guests, we would have addressed this issue sooner. We apologize for not being able to rectify this during your stay.At Nunne Boutique Hotel, we are always open to discussions with our guests. As a new establishment, open for less than a year, we are continuously working on improvements.
