This amazing property features 8 Bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms for up to 18 guests to sleep comfortably. Casa Oceana has its bedrooms split over 2 floors with a mirror image plan layout on each floor. The main level features 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The second level features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The 1st and 5th Bedrooms are both master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, king-size bed, and walk-in closets. The 2nd and 6th Bedrooms have queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. The 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th have Queen beds and a shared full-size bathroom for two rooms. There are two bedrooms (one on the main level and one on the 2nd level) that have a twin-size trundle bed in addition to the queen bed.

In total, the property is set to a max of 18 people to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own smart & Apple TV, cable, WiFi, AC, custom-made cabinetry, beds, and bedside settings.
Casa Oceana has A/C throughout the home and living areas for your comfort. There is a huge 400-sq ft media room with flat-screen cable, Apple TV, black-out blinds, and huge custom sofas to relax and unwind after a day at the beach club or surfing one of the many world-class waves in the area.

The outdoor living and dining area features Balinese poolside furniture and sunbeds surrounding the Teak decking and infinity-edge pool. This is all covered by an incredible natural palm palapa area allowing you to escape the tropical sun while enjoying tropical outdoor living.

This home is an architectural wonder and features a modern tropical style and has a fully equipped kitchen, Silestone quartz countertops, and beautiful Costa Rican woodwork throughout. The house is stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee, basic spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, as a courtesy for your stay.
